Speacilist RM/PM /Consumables & General Purchase planner

Job Summary A Specialist RM/PM Planner is responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of material and planning This includes managing inventory, forecasting demand, and ensuring timely procurement and production of material  

Duties:  

  • Forecasting future demand for materials, services specific in production plant based on various factors like sales data, market trends, and production schedules.
  • Communicating with other departments regarding production schedules and any possible changes.
  • Maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing potential shortages.
  • Working with procurement to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and components.
  • Developing and managing production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products to meet manufacturing needs.
  • Collaborating with other departments like production, logistics, and quality control to ensure smooth execution of plans.
  • Streamlining processes so that production can meet deadlines.Applying their knowledge of maths and statistics to real-world scenarios
  • Analysing data to identify trends, monitor performance, and make informed decisions.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Being a multitasker;Expert Handhold on Excel Microsoft.Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
  • Knowledge of procurement principles and best practices.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or purchase is often preferred.  

Industrial Knowledge:  

  • Proven experience in procurement planning in General, Spares, RM and PM.
  • Strong communication, and relationship-building skills.Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
  • Adherence to timeline for set goals          

    PROFILE:

  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in purchase planning and data analytical skill.
  • Degree in a related field, such as Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Knowledge of working in Excel and large dat
