STOCK CONTROLLER

Job Profile

To monitor and control inventory movement across the food manufacturing process,

ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integrity of stock records through regular testing and reporting.

Responsibilities:

•Monitor stock movement (raw materials, packaging, finished goods) across warehouses and production lines.

•Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconciliations with system records (e.g., SAP).

•Ensure inventory handling, storage, and documentation follow company and food safety standards.

•Support investigations of stock variances and propose corrective actions.

•Test stock-related transactions to identify control weaknesses and non-compliance.

•Report inventory risks, such as slow-moving or expired items, to the Internal Controller.

Qualifications and Experience:

•Minimum of BAC+2 in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or a related field

•At least 1 year of experience in accounting, audit, or related field is preferred.

•Experience in documenting business processes and internal procedures

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

•Proficiency in both written and spoken French and English
